Client relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing clients by communicating regularly and addressing their needs. Sales support: Assist with preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to help the sales team negotiate and close deals. Market research and analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs to identify potential growth areas and provide market insights. Strategic collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and develop campaigns that attract leads. Reporting and analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain accurate sales records, and provide reports to management on progress and opportunities.
