Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an HR Recruiter Intern, located in Bengaluru South. The HR Recruiter Intern will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional tasks will include maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of human resources practices and recruitment processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
