Role Description

This is an on-site, contract position for a Recruitment Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Recruitment Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and conducting interviews. The role involves collaborating with department heads to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will implement recruitment strategies and monitor key metrics to ensure the efficiency of the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategies
  • Experience with candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role
