Role Description

This is a consultant role, on-site position for a Recruitment Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Consultant will handle the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding, and managing talent pipelines. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, implementing proactive sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Recruitment Management
  • Strong skills in Screening, Interviewing, and Onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in Recruitment Tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) usage, and database management
  • Knowledge of Industry Trends, Employer Branding, and Workforce Development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in digital marketing, media, or technology sectors)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
