Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior SAP CPI Consultant located in Bengaluru South. The Senior SAP CPI Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing integration solutions using SAP CPI, conducting technical assessments, working on data migration projects, configuring SuccessFactors modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes. The consultant will also troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless integration within the SAP landscape.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP CPI, Cloud Platform Integration, and API Method of Integration
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation Management, and Recruitment Management
  • Expertise in user interface development for on-premise SAP and migration from legacy to cloud technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in SAP HCM On Premise modules is a plus
  • Additional certifications in SAP technologies are beneficial
