We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced team to be based in Bengaluru, India. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our global recruitment strategy.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing and improving all recruitment-related activities across Vysus Group, covering permanent hiring. You'll work in close partnership with Service Line Leaders and HR colleagues to attract and onboard top talent that supports our business growth worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-develop role competencies and job profiles in partnership with business leaders and HR teams.
- Partner with the HR Director and HR Advisors.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements across the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Service Line Leaders to assess workforce needs and build targeted recruitment strategies.
- Promote strong engagement between the resourcing function and business units to ensure visibility and alignment.
- Maintain and manage recruitment templates, shared inboxes, and other administrative tools.
- Act as System Administrator for TALOS 360 and support its optimal use across the business.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in recruitment and recruitment sourcing, ideally in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and reporting tools; experience with TALOS 360 is an advantage.
