**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and job requirements, creating job descriptions and recruitment strategies accordingly.
- **Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development**:

- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with hiring managers across departments (IT, marketing, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment on job specifications and timelines.
- **Screening & Interviewing**:

- **Offer & Onboarding**:

- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Provide feedback and insights to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s employer brand to attract top talent for both IT and non-IT roles.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., developers, data scientists, system administrators, etc.).
- Familiarity with a wide range of non-IT roles, including HR, finance, marketing, sales, and customer service positions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with technical assessments, coding platforms, and other IT recruitment tools.
- Previous experience in a talent acquisition role within a corporate or agency setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- US shift
