Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Field Recruiter role located in Bengaluru South. The HR Field Recruiter will focus on identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to fulfill business requirements across designated regions. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment pipeline data, and creating a positive candidate experience. The role requires active involvement in understanding hiring needs while fostering a professional network to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and digital hiring platforms
  • Knowledge of local talent markets and regional hiring trends
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple hiring processes efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in field recruiting, especially in hyper-local service industries, is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and conform to organizational objectives
