Location: Bangalore (Corporate Office) and Mumbai

Role Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Recruiter with strong end-to-end hiring experience to support staffing needs across our centers in Bangalore and Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, managing volume hiring, and engaging with frontline talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for centre-based roles across Bangalore and Mumbai
  • Hire Teachers, Centre Admins, Nurses, Caregivers, and support staff
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, field hiring, and vendor coordination
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, documentation, and MIS
  • Coordinate with centre heads and operations teams for hiring requirements and closures
  • Support onboarding and ensure smooth handover to HR Operations
  • Conduct centre visits as required for hiring drives and coordination

Desired Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in core recruitment (end-to-end)
  • Prior experience hiring for education, healthcare, retail, or service industry roles is preferred
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Comfortable with volume hiring and frontline recruitment
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
