Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Doddakalasandra Metro Station, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time (6 Days a Week)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that the right talent is sourced, interviewed, and onboarded seamlessly. You will also be involved in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop clear, concise, and attractive job descriptions.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every step of the recruitment journey.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company's presence.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
