Job Summary:The Implant HR will be responsible for driving recruitment activities directly from the client’s site, ensuring timely sourcing, selection, and onboarding of candidates. The role requires hands-on recruitment through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and local networks, along with supporting HR operations at the site.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Sourcing (Primary Responsibility):Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media platforms, and local databases.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future manpower requirements.Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews in coordination with the client.Drive employer branding initiatives on social media to attract top talent.Explore innovative hiring channels such as campus drives, walk-ins, referrals, and networking groups.Onboarding & HR Operations:Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and documentation of selected candidates.Maintain accurate records of recruitment status and employee data.Prepare and share regular recruitment and HR MIS reports with client and management.Employee Engagement & Support:Act as a point of contact for workforce queries at the client site.Support compliance, payroll coordination, and grievance handling as required.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, social media recruiting, and ATS tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.Familiarity with bulk hiring and niche hiring..
