Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and payroll inputs. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals and social platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communication.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Execute onboarding formalities: offer letters, joining documentation, induction.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
  • Ensure timely creation and maintenance of HR documents.

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, new joiners, exits).
  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for timely salary processing.
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Handle salary-related queries from employees.
  • Maintain records for statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT (as required).

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Support engagement activities and employee welfare programs.
  • Address day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist with performance review cycles and HR MIS reports.

Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory norms.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support audits and documentation for compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations + payroll coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with attendance systems and payroll inputs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (HRMS, Excel).
