Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive with strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and payroll inputs. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals and social platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Execute onboarding formalities: offer letters, joining documentation, induction.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
- Ensure timely creation and maintenance of HR documents.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, new joiners, exits).
- Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Ensure accuracy in attendance tracking and leave management.
- Handle salary-related queries from employees.
- Maintain records for statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT (as required).
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Support engagement activities and employee welfare programs.
- Address day-to-day HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist with performance review cycles and HR MIS reports.
Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory norms.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support audits and documentation for compliance checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations + payroll coordination.
- Hands-on experience with attendance systems and payroll inputs.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (HRMS, Excel).
