Position: HR Recruiter (Female Candidates Preferred, Age up to 35 Years)

Educational Qualification: MBA (Human Resources or related field)

Experience: 1-3 years of recruitment experience

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada

Location: Preferably residing in proximity to Sarjapur Road, Bangalore

Working Hours:

  • Shift 1: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
  • Shift 2: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (specifically for female candidates)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter with proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, particularly for senior and management positions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of job portals, candidate referral systems, and possess the capability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates for various roles, with a focus on mid to senior management hiring
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities: screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure effective talent acquisition
  • Participate in virtual and face-to-face interviews as needed
  • Support talent acquisition strategy and contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Exhibit a customer-centric and professional approach aligned with organizational values

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasing and professional demeanor
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and close recruitment processes efficiently
  • Proactive in staying updated with the latest recruitment trends and tools
