Apponix Academy is looking for HR Recruiter, who is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and expertise in screening talent to ensure the organization hires qualified, high-performing employees.

Location : Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

CTC: 2,50,000/- to 3,60,000/- p.a

Mode of work : Work from office (6 Days of working )

Must be an Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities

  1. Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and professional platforms.

  2. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate experience, communication skills.

  3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  4. Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers after each interview stage.

  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from application to onboarding.

  6. Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation under company guidelines,

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.

  1. Work closely with department heads to determine hiring needs and role requirements. Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

  2. Support HR team in onboarding and orientation programs.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

  2. Minimum 1 - 2 yrs of experience

  3. Proven experience conducting interviews and managing full-cycle recruitment.
