**Job Title: Field Recruiter**

**Location**:Bilekahalli / JP Nagar, Bangalore

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Qualification**:12th Pass / Graduate

**Experience**:Fresher/Experienced (Field Recruitment or Sales)

**Languages Required**:English and Kannada (mandatory)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the HR and operations teams.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Build and sustain relationships with colleges, placement officers, and local agencies.

Meet assigned recruitment targets within specified timelines.

**Requirements**:
Freshers/Experienced

Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license (travel allowance provided).

Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset.
