We are looking for an active and responsible Field Recruiter who can recruit Runner Boys / Field Executives for our Cooler Audit operations. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, field recruitment experience, and the ability to onboard large volumes of field staff quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit runner boys / field executives for cooler audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment / bulk hiring.
  • Experience hiring field staff, delivery boys, promoter boys, or FOS teams preferred.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Good knowledge of local areas for manpower sourcing.
  • Ability to work on-field and travel within the city.
  • Target-driven and energetic personality.
