Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring delivery partners to meet organizational needs. Daily tasks include conducting recruitment drives, screening candidates, maintaining recruitment records, collaborating with teams to understand hiring requirements, and ensuring onboarding processes are seamless. The role involves utilising recruitment tools and techniques to achieve hiring goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, screening processes, and conducting interviews.
  • Ability to manage large-scale hiring drives and knowledge of sourcing techniques in high-demand industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver under pressure.
  • Previous experience in logistics or a related sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and recruitment trends in Bengaluru is beneficial.
