Resume screening and shortlisting against job requirements.

Initial candidate outreach via calls and introductions.

Database management using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Interview scheduling with employers and hiring managers.

Job posting across platforms, tailored to Ramnagara's local and regional hiring needs.

Administrative support for the recruitment team.

Learning industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome).

Excellent communication in English and Kannada.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Familiarity with online portals and social media.

Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory with relevant skills).
