Role Description

The Junior Talent Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent. Primary responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and networks, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining hiring pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The role involves talent acquisition strategy development and ongoing support for workforce planning initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition experience, including resume screening, candidate evaluation, and interview coordination.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess candidate profiles and align talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruitment within the marketing or creative domain is a plus.
  • A passion for talent acquisition and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
