**Job Title**: Talent Recruiter
**Location**: Bangalore, India
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 Years (Relevant Industry)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage hiring for both **blue-collar** and **white-collar** positions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Ensure all hiring processes are in line with the company’s grading structure.
- Demonstrate a proactive and learning-oriented approach to grow in the talent acquisition field.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in recruitment, specifically within the **construction and interior fit-out industry**.
- Proven experience handling recruitment for **both blue and white-collar roles**.
- Strong understanding of **grading structures** and compensation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
