**Job Summary**:
As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and

hiring top IT talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring

various channels, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. The

communication skills, and a proven track record in IT recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to

understand their IT staffing requirements and develop effective

recruitment strategies.

2. Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job

boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify

4. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate

5. Coordinate the Interview Process: Schedule and coordinate interviews

with hiring managers and technical teams. Provide timely feedback to

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess technical skills and conduct in-depth technical

interviews.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment
