**Who we are and what we're looking for**:
Okulo Aerospace is a start-up based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Combining renewable energy and precision engineering, we are currently developing solar-electric hybrid aerial platforms that will revolutionise aerial data acquisition. We envision a world where drones can fly continuously without having to land at all and we are currently in the first step towards realising that vision. Founded by alumni from Purdue University (USA) and NIT-Trichy (India) with extensive research background and with a vision to nurture great teams and develop solutions for hard problems, we are looking at joining hands with the next generation of talented individuals looking to embark on this exciting journey. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Talent Recruiter** to join our growing team. As a Talent Recruiter at Okulo Aerospace, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent to help us achieve our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administrative tasks associated with recruitment.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify and leverage talent sources.
- Help with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for talent acquisition and building strong teams.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoho Recruit, and other tools relevant to the recruitment process.
