Talentworx is seeking for dynamic and experienced IT Recruiters - C2H to join our growing team at our Noida Bangalore and Hyderabad offices The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for C2H roles across IT and Non-IT domains with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment C2H IT Recruiter Sr IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts managing a team of recruiters and ensuring we attract top talent for our client s needs You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and offers Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of recruiters providing guidance training and support to drive team performance Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the roles Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports Foster relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for talent Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 2- 5 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment Proven experience with C2H recruitment processes and strategies Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Desired Characteristics Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentoring Creative sourcing skills and a network of industry contacts Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals
