About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling Zamp. This role is crucial for attracting and retaining top talent that aligns with our innovative vision and company culture. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in the internet/ fintech industry. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Zamp. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the founder and the larger team to understand the hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process. Employer Branding: Enhance Zamp's employer brand by creating compelling job postings and promoting our company culture. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Data-Driven Recruitment: Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions. Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve processes. Qualifications & Skill Set required: 2 to 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization. Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
