About the Role

The role involves supporting the recruitment process by identifying and shortlisting potential candidates for client requirements, utilizing various platforms and networks.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare databases of potential candidates across industries and practice areas for client requirements
  • To identify suitable candidates through networks, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc. for client requirements
  • To coordinate recruitment functions
  • To draft candidate profiles, marketing material, emails
  • To maintain CRM databases and functions

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate Degree, preferably LL.B

Required Skills

  • 0-2 Years of experience in recruitment or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
