Job Description:

As a key team member, you will source top talent through various job portals and build strong relationships with candidates. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, sourcing high-quality candidates, and developing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in non-IT industries such as FMCG, Pharma, and Manufacturing
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for roles like Finance, IT, Legal, Sales & Marketing, and Manufacturing
  • Managing candidate communications and ensuring timely updates on their applications
  • Utilizing data analysis skills to optimize souring strategies
