About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Chief of Staff with 1–2 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategic roles. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable outcomes.

You will work closely with the CEO and Founders, supporting decision-making, driving key initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is eager to grow into a leadership or strategy role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute strategic initiatives across functions.
  • Support business reviews, data-driven analysis, and strategic planning activities.
  • Oversee and track cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments and manage stakeholder coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an execution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
