Brief about Role:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and right hand to the Executive Leadership team, driving critical projects, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring effective execution of business priorities. This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who can translate strategy into action, streamline operations, and enable leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and growth acceleration.

The Chief of Staff will act as an internal force multiplier—enhancing decision-making, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:


•       Partner closely with top leadership to define strategic priorities and execute business initiatives


•       Coordinate cross-departmental projects and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery


•       Facilitate leadership meetings, prepare agenda, track action items, and ensure alignment


•       Lead strategic business reviews, MIS reporting, and insight-driven presentations


•       Support organisation-wide planning, performance tracking, and business governance


•       Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive talent programs and organizational culture initiatives


•       Act as a liaison between the Executive office and key internal/external stakeholders


•       Manage special projects and transformation initiatives critical to business growth


•       Conduct market, competition, and industry analysis for decision support


•       Streamline communication, enhance efficiency, and ensure strong follow-through on business priorities

Qualification & Skillset:


•       Master's degree preferred: MBA/PGDM in Business, Strategy, or related field


• years of leadership/strategic program management experience (Consulting/Corp Strategy preferred)


•       Strong analytical and business acumen


•       Expertise in project management, dashboards, and reporting tools


•       Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
