Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic
Chief of Staff – Strategy, Research & Operations
to support the leadership team across strategic planning, market intelligence, operational excellence, and client engagement. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong analytical ability, exceptional coordination skills, and the capacity to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution

  • Support the CEO in defining and executing strategic priorities and organizational goals.
  • Manage key initiatives, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive alignment across internal teams through structured communication and coordination.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on international markets to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare research-driven reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a point of contact for key clients and partners.
  • Support leadership in relationship management, client feedback handling, and strategic discussions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate insights into business decisions.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental projects to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Travel & Operations Management

  • Plan, organize, and manage travel schedules for the CEO.
  • Oversee coordination for client visits, events, and business travel.

Reporting & Communication

  • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure transparency and organizational alignment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, strategy, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy Analyst, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar strategic/operational positions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with client-facing roles and executive travel coordination is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
