Job Purpose:
This is a high-leverage, dual-mandate role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO). The role will act as the CBO's strategic partner and executive operator for driving executive cadence and priority management, while simultaneously leading Process Excellence (PE) to implement data-driven process optimization across all commercial and operational units. This role is critical to support in scaling our Electric 2-Wheeler business efficiently.

MBA from a top-tier institution is strongly preferred.

Experience Range: years of professional experience, including significant time in a Strategic Consulting firm, Process Excellence role, or in a Chief of Staff role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Tech, Automotive, or EV preferred).

Responsibility:

A. Strategic Planning & Execution (CoS):

Strategy & Planning
: Lead the annual and quarterly OKR/KPI definition process for the CBO's organization.

Executive Management & Partnering with CBO
: Own the CBO's operating rhythm -managing priorities, facilitating key executive meetings, and preparing Board/Investor communications.

B. Process Excellence

Process Transformation:
Design, scope, and lead major cross-functional process improvement projects

Performance Governance:
Establish and manage the organizational performance tracking system (dashboards, metrics). Drive organizational accountability through data.

Capability building & Change adoption:
Support in building the internal capability of teams and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

Technical Skill:

  • Passion and experience in the electric 2-wheeler industry preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, creativity in problem-solving, and strong business acumen.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at the C-level, translating complex process data into clear business strategy.
  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance tracking (KPI design and dash boarding).
  • Broad knowledge of processes, protocols, and procedures related to budget management, human resources, and risk management.
