Sales Engineer – Cutting Tools

Experience: 4 Years

Location: Bhosari, Pune

Department: Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Senior Sales Engineer with experience in Safety to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Safety across assigned regions.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers (machine shops, tool rooms, OEMs, etc.) for product demonstrations and technical discussions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cutting tool solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical support, and order processing.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety or industrial product field sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
