We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Senior Sales Engineer – Safety
to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships in the industrial safety products segment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PPE, safety consumables, and industrial solutions, along with proven experience in B2B sales within manufacturing or engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for the Safety Division to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and build long-term customer relationships.

Promote and sell industrial safety products including PPE, helmets, gloves, shoes, and other protective equipment.

Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and distributors.

Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies.

Provide technical product demonstrations and application-based recommendations.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support product positioning.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

Generate periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of industrial safety products, PPE, or related engineering consumables.

Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and product applications.

Proven track record in B2B or industrial sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
