Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer, located in Pune. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales and providing expert guidance to clients. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, conducting presentations, and preparing proposals. Additional tasks involve supporting the technical aspects of sales processes, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative problem-solving and consultative selling approaches.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand and address complex customer requirements.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster excellent client relationships and deliver efficient support.
  • Proficiency in Sales with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing solution-oriented guidance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
