Role Description

This full-time on-site Senior Sales Engineer role is based in Pune. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales engineering activities, providing technical support to clients, building customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and fulfill client technical and sales requirements. Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, assisting in the design of client-specific solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand and demonstrate technical solutions effectively.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address their needs, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and build lasting client relationships.
  • Problem-solving aptitude, team collaboration experience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field; prior experience in sales engineering or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 yr of experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Sales - End to end Sales Cycle-Right from Lead Generation to Payment Collection
