We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Showroom Manager to lead and manage the operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent sales acumen, and a customer-centric approach. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring efficient team performance, maintaining store standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective business development and customer engagement.
  • Lead, motivate, and train showroom staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure superior service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, and coordination with the back office and warehouse teams.
  • Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor store expenses, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and operational processes.

Education & Experience

  • Preferred: Candidates with relevant experience in the Jewellery or Retail Industry will have an added advantage.
