Showroom Manager Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a professional and welcoming experience for showroom customers.
  • Supervise the use of test models to prevent damage and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Negotiate prices and payment plans, and effectively close sales to drive revenue.
  • Properly maintain and update showroom displays to showcase our products effectively.
  • Recommend fine points of inventory control to optimize stock levels.
  • Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the showroom.
  • Develop and implement sales and communication strategies to meet targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships to drive customer loyalty and generate repeat sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads to expand the customer base.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.


Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a showroom management role.
  • Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to effectively manage staff and resources to maximize productivity.
