Role Title: Branch/Store Manager – Electronics Showroom

Role Summary:

The Branch/Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operations of the electronics showroom. This includes overseeing daily store activities, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead showroom staff, including sales, customer service, and support teams.
  • Ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize overstock.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and KPIs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement local marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the head office for product procurement and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a drive for achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Proficient in inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹328, ₹600,000.00 per year
