Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or retail, with at least 1–2 years in key account or modern trade/e-commerce management.
  • Prior experience managing large pharmacy chains, e-pharmacies, or alternate healthcare channels is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with data, metrics, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts including large pharmacy chains and online platforms.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete partner journey – from onboarding, product listing, and commercials to display planning, order fulfillment, and sales tracking.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure consistent sales growth by coordinating with internal teams for stock availability, timely delivery, and performance improvement.
  • Visibility & Merchandising: Drive online and offline visibility through strategic campaigns, shelf planning, promotions, and collaborations with partner teams.
  • Analytics & Planning: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement joint business plans to maximize partner potential.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, finance, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Handle contracts, pricing agreements, PO management, and all account-level documentation.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on category trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities within the alternate channel ecosystem.
