Key Account Manager – Alternate Channels
Location:
Mumbai (Travel to Gujarat & Maharashtra required)
Experience:
3–6 years (Minimum 1–2 years in key account/modern trade/e-commerce)
Work Days:
6 days/week (office-based)
Role Type:
Individual contributor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic partnerships with large pharmacy chains & e-pharmacies.
- End-to-end account ownership: onboarding, product listing, sales tracking, promotions.
- Drive sales growth & visibility via merchandising and campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, operations, and tech teams.
- Track analytics, prepare joint business plans, and ensure compliance/documentation.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in alternate healthcare channels, modern trade, e-pharmacies
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills
