We're Hiring: Key Account Manager – Alternate Channels

Location: Mumbai (with travel to Gujarat & Maharashtra)

CTC: ₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 per annum

Experience: 3 – 6 Years

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities:

Manage strategic partnerships with pharmacy chains (Apollo, Wellness), e-pharmacies (1mg, Netmeds, Pharmeasy) & modern trade healthcare platforms

End-to-end ownership: onboarding, commercials, product listing, visibility, promotions, order fulfillment & sales growth

Ensure smooth execution by collaborating with internal teams (supply chain, finance, ops, tech)

Drive visibility & merchandising through campaigns & promotions

Analyze performance metrics, trends & execute joint business plans

Handle compliance, contracts & documentation

Eligibility:

3–6 years in Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, or Retail

Minimum 1–2 years in Key Account / Modern Trade / E-commerce management

Strong relationship management, negotiation & communication skills

Data-driven & comfortable with analytics

Open to 6-day working & travel within Gujarat & Maharashtra
