โ€ข Lead market research, competitor analysis & consumer insights to sharpen our edge.


โ€ข Write insight-driven creative briefs that ignite standout campaigns.

Manage brand shoots: ideation โ†’ storyboarding โ†’ production โ†’ post-delivery.


โ€ข Oversee daily creative outputโ€”web, POS, packaging, performance assets.


โ€ข Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal teams & agencies.


โ€ข Optimize CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp & loyalty programs for retention and engagement.


โ€ข Track metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, engagement); refine creatives to boost ROI.


โ€ข Plan and manage brand marketing budgetโ€”smart, efficient, impactful.


โ€ข Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all brand initiatives.

  1. 6โ€“7 years in brand management (both mainstream and digital).

  2. Proven success with mid-to-large-scale brand campaigns & digital-first strategies.

Strong shoot and creative execution portfolio (print & digital video).

  1. Hands-on experience with GTM strategies, performance marketing & retention tools.

  2. Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  3. Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  4. Digital marketing, analytics, or brand management certifications are a plus.
