Job Summary

Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across different roles in our manufacturing and corporate functions. This role is a great opportunity for someone starting their HR career to gain hands-on exposure in hiring and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Sourcing and building a pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Support in managing the recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Learn and work on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or prior internships in HR/Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Excel and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.
