Overview: The Recruitment Executive plays a critical role in the organization's talent acquisition process by identifying and hiring top talent to meet business needs. They are responsible for developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to identify potential candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conducting thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process
  • Building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Utilizing recruitment software and systems to track and manage candidate activity
  • Participating in recruitment events and networking to attract potential candidates
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment regulations and laws
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and potential
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment activities
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Professional HR certification is a plus
