- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conducting thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process
- Building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Utilizing recruitment software and systems to track and manage candidate activity
- Participating in recruitment events and networking to attract potential candidates
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment regulations and laws
- Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and potential
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment activities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
- Professional HR certification is a plus
