Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing top-tier talent for client organizations. Key responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, leveraging various recruitment tools and platforms, screening and interviewing candidates, and ensuring a seamless placement process. The role also involves maintaining an active pipeline of high-caliber candidates while staying updated with industry trends to provide strategic hiring insights.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Executive Search
  • Strong Interviewing, Assessment, and Relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Recruitment Tools, ATS Systems, and other Sourcing Technologies
  • Knowledge of workforce solutions, industry hiring trends, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment for global markets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
