Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional user experiences by identifying and resolving software issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and automate regression tests when applicable.
  • Stay current with emerging QA tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 1–5 years of experience in QA or a related role.
  • Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA and JMETER.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, API Testing, and Manual Testing.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and performance testing techniques.
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries.
