We are looking for a highly motivated, go-getter Project Manager with strong leadership, multitasking, and delivery management skills to oversee custom software and mobile application development projects across all major platforms (Web, Android, iOS, Cloud). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

You must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and manage multiple software and mobile app projects simultaneously.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand business goals and expectations.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including SOWs, timelines, reports, and change requests.
  • Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure technical quality.
  • Oversee end-to-end SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for all projects.
  • Ensure proper version control, release management, and deployment coordination.
  • Drive performance and productivity across the development team.
  • Resolve project roadblocks and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Maintain high levels of team motivation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Monitor code quality, testing, and delivery standards.
  • Manage client expectations through transparency and consistent communication.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks and client satisfaction goals.
  • Handle project financials — budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
  • Collaborate with the business development team for project scoping and estimation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions where applicable.
  • Maintain documentation for lessons learned and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Facilitate post-launch support and project maintenance coordination.
  • Uphold a culture of ownership, responsibility, and accountability within the team.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software and mobile application projects.
  • Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile (iOS/Android), and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines efficiently.
  • A proactive, result-oriented, and "go-getter" attitude.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional development teams.
