Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction, manufacturing, passive fire protection systems, fire stop solutions, and building management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and complete 4-5 projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage material planning, procurement, and logistics for construction and fire protection projects.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in project assessment and management, with hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing or passive fire protection systems, Fire protection system is added Advantage.
  • Expertise in managing building materials and building management systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Okay with negotiation with contractor
