Project Manager – Job Description

seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensure alignment with business objectives, and foster seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned with project goals, requirements, deadlines, and milestones.

Conduct regular team meetings to identify risks, address challenges, and resolve project-related issues.

Ensure timely submissionof project deliverables while maintaining adherence to established quality and compliance standards.

Prepare and present project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant performance and progress metrics.

Develop, implement, and maintain effective project communication and governance plans.

Manage and document change requests, ensuring stakeholders understand the impact on timelines, scope, and budgets.

Oversee the creation of user manuals, training documents, and support materials to facilitate seamless deployment and handover to clients.

Identify potential opportunities for account growth and foster strong client relationships.

Ensure customer sign-off and formal acceptance of project deliverables.

Monitor customer satisfaction throughout project execution and transition phases.

Conduct post-implementation review sessions to assess project success, identify improvement areas, and capture best practices.

Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilize project management tools for tracking, documentation, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.

Ensure risk identification, risk mitigation planning, and proactive issue management.

Promote continuous improvement and contribute to internal process enhancements.

Experience Required

5+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination within the IT services or consulting industry.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or hybrid project methodologies.

Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp).

Familiarity with current technology trends and implementation processes.

Preferred Certifications

(Any of the following will be an added advantage)

PMP (Project Management Professional)

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)

PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner

CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or other Agile/Scrum certifications
