Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries related to rewards, gifting, and incentive projects.
  • Manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, and online queries.
  • Arrange and coordinate customer appointments via phone.
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Reconnect and build relationships with existing/old customers.
  • Order management, including coordination with customers for order-related concerns such as billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share quotations, product presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records and MIS data.
  • Coordinate and manage company participation in exhibitions, events, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination roles.
  • Prior experience in Corporate Sales or B2B Inside Sales preferred.
  • Experience in gifting, rewards, or incentive companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong English speaking and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
