We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong interest in IT security to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for cyber security tools, secure systems, and client environments. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients on best practices, and ensure systems remain secure, stable, and compliant.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

· Should have knowledge of Hardware and troubleshooting the same.

· Should have knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.

· Should have basic concept of Network Functioning and Troubleshooting.

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues.

· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Teamviewer, Anydesk)

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

· Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.

· Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Education:- B.Sc. IT / BCA / B.E. (C.S-IT)

Salary Range:- 3-5 Lacs
